What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and yours for life. That said, this workshop is built around live participation — the brokers who win are the ones who show up, work through their plan in real time, and engage with the cohort. Treat the recordings as backup, not the main course.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you've sent an email and used ChatGPT once, you can do this. The strategic work — knowing your market, your niche, your deals — matters far more than technical execution. We handle the technical layer in plain English.
My market is highly competitive — NYC, LA, Miami. Does this still apply?
